Immigration Litigation Attorney
Location: Seattle, WA

Salary: $110,000 to $140,000 per year, based on experience

Quiroga Law Office, PLLC is hiring an Immigration Litigation Attorney based in Seattle, Washington.
We are looking for an attorney with strong litigation and court experience. Immigration experience is not required. Training is provided.
This role may be a strong fit for attorneys with experience in criminal defense, public defense, prosecution, civil litigation, personal injury litigation, trial practice, appellate work, administrative hearings, or immigration law.
What You Will Do
- Represent clients in immigration litigation matters
- Prepare clients for hearings, USCIS interviews, and legal proceedings
- Develop case strategy with the legal team
- Draft and review motions, pleadings, declarations, briefs, and supporting documents
- Appear in court, USCIS interviews, immigration proceedings, or other required legal settings
- Review evidence, identify legal issues, and help build strong case arguments
- Communicate clearly with clients, attorneys, paralegals, and support staff
- Manage deadlines and case responsibilities with accuracy and professionalism
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Active bar admission in Washington State, or eligibility and willingness to obtain Washington admission
- Litigation, courtroom, hearings, motions, trial preparation, or case strategy experience
- Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
- Strong professional judgment and attention to detail
- Ability to manage deadlines, client communication, and case responsibilities
- Interest in immigration law and advocacy for immigrant communities
Preferred Qualifications
- Immigration law, removal defense, asylum, USCIS, or EOIR experience
- Criminal defense, public defense, prosecution, civil litigation, personal injury, trial, appellate, or administrative hearing experience
- Spanish language skills are a strong plus, as our firm supports many Latino clients and immigrant families
- Experience working with vulnerable clients or high-stakes legal matters
