Residential Support Staff – Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities

We are currently building a team of 4–6 compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals in a residential setting. If you have a genuine passion for helping others and verifiable prior caregiving experience, we would love to hear from you.

- 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
- 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM
- Full-time and Part-time positions available
What You’ll Do
As a Direct Support Professional, you will help individuals achieve greater independence and improve their quality of life by providing daily support and encouragement. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with activities of daily living and personal care
- Supporting individuals with hygiene needs, including bathing, toileting, and changing incontinence products when necessary
- Medication administration and documentation
- Meal planning and preparation
- Housekeeping and maintaining a clean, safe environment
- Grocery shopping and running errands
- Transporting and accompanying individuals to appointments and community activities
- Teaching and reinforcing social, communication, and independent living skills
- Supporting individuals in making choices and participating in activities they enjoy
- Managing occasional behavioral challenges in a calm and professional manner
- Completing accurate and timely documentation
Experience Requirement (Please Read Carefully)
Previous professional caregiving experience is required for this position.
Qualified applicants should have direct care experience in one or more of the following settings:
- Developmental disabilities services
- Home health care
- Nursing homes or assisted living facilities
- Group homes
- Behavioral health settings
- Professional personal caregiving roles
Applicants must clearly detail their caregiving experience on their resume, including employer names, dates of employment, and job duties.
All prior employment and caregiving experience will be verified. Only applicants with verifiable caregiving experience will be considered for employment.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English for documentation purposes
- Ability to attend all mandatory trainings and staff meetings
