HVAC Installer & Service Technician
Are you a skilled HVAC professional with a minimum of two years experience looking for a new opportunity? We're hiring a full-time Installer & Service Technician to join our team. We're looking for dedicated individuals with hands-on experience in both boiler installation and general HVAC service.
About the Role
These positions offers two distinct opportunities:
- Boiler / Furnace and A/C Installer: You'll be responsible for the professional installation of various boiler and forced air systems. We require a minimum of two years of in-field experience specifically with boiler installation.
- Service Technician: You'll diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of HVAC systems. A minimum of two years of service experience is required for this role.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including but not limited to boilers, air conditioning units, and ventilation systems.
- Perform accurate diagnostics to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Communicate effectively with co-workers and clients to explain services and recommendations.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company standards.
- Manage and maintain company-provided vehicle and equipment.
Qualifications
- A minimum of two years of professional, in-field HVAC experience.
- Proven experience with boiler installation (for the Installer position) or HVAC service (for the Service Technician position).
- Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record.
- EPA certification is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to quality workmanship.
Compensation & Benefits

- Full-time position: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
