*Job Summary*
The Project Manager will oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget. This role requires strong leadership skills to effectively manage project teams and stakeholders.
*Duties*
- Utilize Co-Construct project management software to plan and track project progress
- Implement project management methodologies such as Scrum
- Collaborate with cleints, trades and vendors to successfully navigate through the Pre-Construction process.
- Work hand in hand with our in-house designer.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Conduct process mapping to streamline project workflows
- Supervise project team members and provide guidance as needed
- Manage vendors and external partners involved in projects
- Implement change management strategies to ensure successful project outcomes
*Qualifications*
- Proven experience in project management
- Proficiency in utilizing project management tools and software such as Co-Construct.
- Strong skills in budgeting and financial management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective stakeholder engagement
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams towards project goals
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
