All American Air is looking for an experienced HVAC professional to join our team in a sales-focused role. This is an opportunity for someone with at least 1 year of hands-on HVAC field experience who enjoys working with people and wants to put their technical knowledge, experience and experise to work helping customers make informed decisions.
We're looking for someone who can have a genuine conversation with a homeowner, understand their needs, explain their options clearly, and earn their trust.
What You'll Do
- Communicate with homeowners and customers by phone and in person
- Use your HVAC experience to explain systems, repairs, and replacement options in plain English
- Help customers understand what they're purchasing and how their new system operates
- Build relationships through honesty, professionalism, and good communication—not gimmicky sales tactics
- Handle multiple sales opportunities, continuous follow up with customers, and work toward measurable goals
- Help provide a smooth customer experience from the initial conversation through installation and completion
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of hands-on HVAC field experience, including installation and/or repair
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Ability to explain technical information in a simple, relatable way
- Professional, personable approach with customers
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
- Able to stay focused and productive in a fast-moving, results-driven environment
75-80% of this position is working within our office and at other times you will work out in the field.
This opportunity combines HVAC sales, knowledge, experience and expertise with customer communication, and regular field involvement. You'll need to be comfortable with a busy environment where priorities can change, and you're expected to stay productive and engaged.
