- Identify, evaluate, and sign new creators aligned with agency growth.

The Talent Manager is responsible for the acquisition, growth, retention, and commercial success of a roster of creators. This role serves as the primary relationship owner for assigned talent while actively identifying and signing new creators to the agency.
Personal Brand Development (Secondary Focus)
- Support creators in developing long-term business ventures.
- Identify opportunities for product launches, merchandise, licensing, affiliate partnerships, subscriptions, and media opportunities.
- Help creators build sustainable businesses beyond sponsored content revenue.
Brand Partnerships
- Secure and negotiate brand partnerships aligned with creator goals.
- This includes:
- Inbound opportunities - Timely responses + negotiations, proper organization & visibility for creators
- Outbound opportunities - Identifying & sourcing brand/agency contacts, tailored creator and roster pitches
- Maintain and grow long-term brand/agency relationships
- This includes:
- Monthly email check-ins with existing brand side clients with roster updates
- Moving brand side clients to calls when appropriate
Revenue Generation & Commercial ManagementRevenue Ownership
- Own revenue targets for an assigned creator roster.
- Develop strategies to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
- Monitor performance against forecasts and proactively address gaps.
Partnership Development
- Collaborate with Brand Partnerships teams to identify and secure opportunities for creators.
- Present opportunities aligned with creator goals and audience fit.

Negotiation & Deal Strategy
- Lead creator-side negotiations for partnerships, licensing agreements, exclusivity terms, renewals, and usage rights.
- Maximize deal economics while maintaining strong brand and creator relationships.

Campaign Oversight & Creator AdvocacyCampaign Support
- Partner with Campaign Management teams to ensure successful execution of creator partnerships.
- Support creators throughout campaign delivery.
- Resolve creator-related issues, concerns, or escalations.
Quality Assurance
- Ensure creators understand campaign expectations and deliverables.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and execution across the roster.
Performance Analysis

- Identify, evaluate, and recruit creators aligned with agency growth priorities.
