SUP Noodle Bar is hiring experienced Line Cooks to join our fast-paced, high-volume kitchen in Buena Park. We are looking for dependable team members who take pride in preparing consistent, high-quality food and supporting their team during busy service.
As part of Kei Concepts, you’ll have the opportunity to build your kitchen experience and be considered for advancement as our restaurant group continues to grow.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare, cook, and plate menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Work with meats, seafood, vegetables, noodles, broths, and other ingredients
- Maintain quality, portion control, and consistency during service
- Keep your station clean, stocked, organized, and ready for service
- Properly label, store, and rotate ingredients
- Follow food safety and sanitation requirements
- Assist with prep, restocking, and closing duties
- Communicate and work closely with the BOH team
What We’re Looking For
- Approximately two years of line cook experience in a high-volume or fast-paced kitchen
- Experience using grills, fryers, broilers, ovens, and other commercial kitchen equipment
- Strong knife skills and knowledge of basic cooking techniques
- Ability to remain organized and work efficiently during busy service
- Dependable evening and weekend availability
- Food Handler Card preferred; training may be available if needed
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
