Position Summary
Serves as the primary administrator for student life, advocacy, and support, leading the operational execution and coordination of a cohesive and comprehensive Division for Student Success (DSS). The DSS is designed to immerse students in campus life, to support students in their campus experiences and challenges, and to foster a positive, inclusive, and safe campus environment. The role will identify student resources and other student development initiatives to build, enhance, and create a robust and vibrant student experience. Serves as a key liaison to the community for various academic and co-curricular objectives across the University, providing direction and oversight to campus operations related to student life and well-being, and supporting strategic institutional initiatives, with a goal of advancing excellence at the University of Hartford. Performs all duties in full support of the University’s goals and mission, understanding that the positive and effective execution of these duties are instrumental to the education of the University’s students.
Hiring Range
Starting salary is budgeted between $145,00 and $160,000, depending upon experience
