Thomas Ridge Athletics is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Men's Basketball Coach to join our team for the 2026 Winter season. We are a Post - Graduate Program that helps and promotes student athletes to the next level. We are looking for a driven and motivated individual with a passion for coaching and developing young athletes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Coach and mentor student-athletes in running skills, strategy, and sportsmanship.
- Develop practice plans and coordinate training sessions.
- Lead recruitment efforts for prospective players.
- Promote a positive team culture and commitment to excellence.
- Must live in team house during the season.
- Showing up on time is huge!
**Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 3 years of coaching experience, preferably at the high school level.
- Previous recruiting experience is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire young athletes.
**Compensation:**
Pay is based on experience.
