Living Residential is seeking an energetic, customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team at Creekside at Grand Prairie in Grand Prairie, Texas. If you enjoy building relationships, helping people find their next home, and working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Greet and tour prospective residents.
- Respond to phone, email, and online leasing inquiries.
- Follow up with prospects to convert leads into leases.
- Process rental applications and lease documentation.
- Maintain accurate prospect and resident records.
- Assist with resident renewals and resident events.
- Ensure the leasing office, model apartment, and amenity areas are presented professionally.
- Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents.
- Work closely with the Property Manager to achieve occupancy and leasing goals.
Qualifications
- Previous apartment leasing or customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and closing abilities.
- Organized with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and property management software; Yardi experience is a plus.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Schedule
- Full-time
- Weekends required
- Winter Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Summer Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
