Ashton Pools By Design is looking for a reliable and experienced Construction Supervisor to join our team. This is a hands-on, full-time position focused on supervising and assisting in installing patios, retaining walls, walkways, firepits, and other outdoor features as part of our custom pool projects.
You’ll work alongside a small team in the field, helping carry out daily construction tasks. We’re looking for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to quality work.
Oversee and assist with layout and installation of:
- Pavers, patios, walkways
- Retaining walls and edging
- Firepits and outdoor kitchens
- Read and follow blue prints and site plans
- Operate skid steers, saws, compactors, etc.
- Perform grading, drainage, and base prep
- Maintain tools and keep job site clean
- Coordinate with team and report to supervisor
- Follow safety and company standards
- 2–3 years in hardscape installation
- Experience reading blue prints and site plans
- Experience with CMU block and footers
- Knowledge of pavers, drainage, and stonework
- Experienced using tools
- Can lift 50+ lbs
- Valid driver’s license
- Team player
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish)
- Irrigation/lighting experience
- ICPI certified
- Landscaping experience
