A real path to owning your own location
Service approximately 15 residential customers per day on an assigned route
Apply granular and liquid lawn care treatments safely and accurately following company protocols
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers on your route communicate clearly, listen carefully, build trust, and assist current and prospective customers with new service onboarding
Identify and diagnose turf issues, recommend solutions, and authorize appropriate service adjustments
Operate and maintain a company vehicle throughout the workday in a clean and safe manner
Accurately document services performed and materials used on every stop
Valid driver's license with a clean record minimal infractions in the past 3 years
Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the day
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Strong customer service and communication skills you will interact with homeowners daily

Self-motivated and reliable able to manage an independent daily route
High school diploma or GED required

Offered compensation: $20/hr - $25/hr
- I am (at least) 21 years of age
- I can be counted on to work Monday thru Friday from 7 am to 4 pm & Saturdays if needed
- I can pass a preemployment drug screen (including for cannabis)
- I can physically lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly
- I can work independently for up to 8 hours a day
- I can work outside up to 8 hrs. a day
- I have a minimum of 1 year of face to face customer service experience
- I have a VALID / NON SUSPENDED Driver's License
