Overview
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):
- Craft the Experience: Welcome guests with a warm smile, take orders accurately, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Master the Brew: Dial in, prepare, and serve premium espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages to our quality standards. (Don't worry, we provide training!)
- Keep it Fresh: Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked cafe environment, including the counter, seating areas, and espresso station.
- Teamwork Makes the Dream Work: Collaboratively handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions, manage the register, and assist with light food prep or restocking as needed.
- Follow Safety Standards: Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
What We’re Looking For (Requirements):
- A positive, high-energy attitude and a passion for hospitality (coffee lovers are a huge plus!).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including [weekends / early mornings / afternoons].
- Previous cafe, restaurant, or retail customer service experience is preferred, but not required—we are happy to train the right person with the right attitude!

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
