About the Role
We are looking for a hungry, competitive Business Development Representative who enjoys building relationships and creating new business opportunities. This is a sales role focused on generating new recurring business through prospecting, networking, and relationship building. You'll represent SecureTech in the San Antonio business community, meet with business owners and decision makers, and help organizations solve business challenges through technology.

No prior technology sales experience is required. We will teach you our services, sales process, and industry. What we look for is professionalism, drive curiosity, coachability, and a genuine desire to build relationships.
What You Will Do
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, social outreach, networking, referrals, and community involvement.
- Build relationships with business owners and decision makers throughout the San Antonio market.
- Research target companies and identify decision makers.
- Conduct qualifying meetings to understand business needs and identify opportunities.
- Present SecureTech's technology recommendations.
- Close new recurring business and transition new clients into onboarding.
- Maintain an organized pipeline and accurate CRM documentation.
- Collaborate with marketing and engineering throughout the sales process.
- Represent SecureTech professionally at networking events and within the local business community.
- Take coaching, apply it fast, and keep getting better

Nice to Have, Not Required
- Previous sales, customer service, or call center experience
- Background in a high-activity role like retail, food service, fundraising, recruiting, or door to door sales
- Familiarity with a CRM such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Any exposure to technology, IT, SaaS, or managed services
- Active involvement in local networking organizations, community groups, or professional associations.
