SUMMARY
As a Banquet Set Up Crew member you will be responsible for the setting up of all events and cleanliness of event spaces according to banquet event orders and conference operations standards.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization across events, back of house hallways, and storage spaces to ensure that all areas are conducive to productivity and presentable (i.e. vacuuming, dusting, wiping tables, taking out trash, organizing).

WORK SCHEDULE
Shifts vary, maybe early morning or late evening, weekends, holidays, depending on business levels. Examples of shifts may include 5:30 am – 1 pm and 4 pm – 2 am.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Other/Additional: Stress may occur for several reasons: Quick turns in meeting rooms, client’s request to change previously agreed upon room set, large physical demand, constantly changing environment, deadlines of events, attention to detail indoors and out.
