Cypress Engine Accessories (CEA) is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to support our Service Department and company-wide operational programs. This role serves as a key administrative and coordination resource, helping ensure service operations, fleet management, safety compliance, contractor administration, and company records are maintained efficiently and accurately.

Collect, review, and organize service reports, expenses, receipts, and supporting documentation.

Maintain service records and job documentation.

Assist with service job setup, tracking, scheduling, and billing support.

Verify technician payroll hours and supporting documentation.

Coordinate travel arrangements and assist with service-related reporting.

Support emissions testing documentation and invoicing processes.

Maintain company vehicle records, registrations, insurance information, maintenance schedules, and compliance documentation.

Monitor vehicle utilization, fuel usage, mileage, and maintenance activity.

Coordinate vehicle repairs and maintenance with approved vendors.

Manage vehicle tracking systems and related reporting.

Serve as a key support resource for company vehicle safety programs.

Maintain driver qualification records, motor vehicle reports, accident documentation, and compliance files.

Assist with safety reporting, inspections, corrective actions, and compliance initiatives.

Monitor service vehicle inspections and required safety equipment.

Coordinate independent contractor documentation and records.

Maintain Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and contract files.

Track agreement renewals and expiration dates.

Assist with records management and organizational reporting.

Maintain company IT asset inventories and equipment records.

Coordinate equipment assignments, replacements, and user setup requirements.

Serve as a liaison with third-party technology providers when needed.

Participate in company meetings, training programs, and team initiatives.

Support branch locations as needed.

Perform additional administrative and operational duties assigned by management.
