We are seeking a dependable, hands-on Plant Operations Assistant to help maintain our buildings, grounds, and equipment. This role supports routine maintenance, preventative maintenance, landscaping, safety inspections, and general facility upkeep.

Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance.

Inspect buildings, grounds, and equipment for maintenance or safety concerns.

Assist with landscaping, mowing, trimming, pressure washing, and seasonal groundskeeping.

Safely operate mowers, weed eaters, blowers, edgers, chainsaws, and other maintenance equipment.

Respond to maintenance requests and assist with facility projects.

Maintain required maintenance and safety records.

Follow facility policies and applicable safety requirements.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Maintenance, facilities, landscaping, construction, manufacturing, or similar experience preferred.

Basic maintenance and equipment-operation knowledge.

Strong reliability, attention to detail, communication, and teamwork.

Ability to work independently and respond to changing priorities.

Flexibility to work occasional weekends or holidays as needed.

Ability to lift/move up to 75 pounds, stand or walk for extended periods, bend/stoop, and perform indoor and outdoor work.
