Job Overview:
We seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Gaming Bartender to join our team! As a Gaming Bartender, you'll do more than just serve drinks—you'll create an unforgettable gaming experience for our guests. We’re looking for someone passionate about gaming and mixology who can combine both worlds to enhance our lively and engaging atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bartending Duties: Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including specialty cocktails, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options. Ensure all drinks are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Customer Service: Engage with guests in a friendly and welcoming manner, providing exceptional customer service. Foster a fun and interactive environment for gamers and non-gamers alike.
- Gaming Engagement:Stay up-to-date with the latest games, trends, and gaming culture. Host and participate in gaming tournaments and events, encouraging customer participation and enthusiasm.
- Game Knowledge: Assist guests with game selection, offer gaming tips, and help troubleshoot basic technical issues with gaming stations and equipment.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory of bar supplies, including ingredients, glassware, and gaming equipment. Restock as necessary and ensure the bar is clean and organized at all times.
- Compliance: Adhere to all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations. Ensure a safe and respectful environment for all patrons and staff.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of gaming bartending experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant setting.
- Gaming Knowledge: Strong knowledge of video games, gaming consoles, and current gaming trends. Passion for gaming is a must!
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Multitasking Ability: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and prioritizing as needed.
- Flexibility: Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
