Who We Are
The Recognition Physics Research Institute is an independent research organization developing Recognition Physics - a first-principles framework that derives physical constants and laws from a single axiom, with a machine-verified formal core (Lean 4), falsifiable quantitative predictions, and active experimental collaborations. We don't ask anyone to take the framework on faith: claims are either proved, derived, or labeled hypotheses and tested.
Your Role
This is more than a research position - it’s an opportunity to be part of a movement that challenges and expands the frontiers of physics.
- Conduct theoretical research to refine and formalize Recognition Physics.
- Publish papers and preprints under the institute’s name.
- Represent RPI at conferences, workshops, and scientific discussions.
- Engage with the scientific community through talks, panels, and media appearances.
- Collaborate with experimental physicists to design and interpret tests of Recognition Physics.
Who You Are
- PhD in Theoretical Physics (or related field) within the last 1-5 years.
- Strong foundation in mathematical physics, quantum mechanics, or gravity models.
- Experience publishing research and engaging with new ideas beyond the mainstream.
- Comfortable speaking at conferences and in public forums to advocate for Recognition Physics.
- Independent thinker - willing to question dominant paradigms and explore new directions.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
