Responsibilities
Communicate professionally with customers, schedule customers, dispatch calls on HCP, managed new hire paperwork, schedule permits with different municipalities, train new employees.
Skills
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in another relevant administrative role in the trades.
- Thorough understanding of office management procedures
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Google Suites
5 Paid Holidays after 90 Days
