We are seeking a Trailer Mechanic to join our CTS team in Green Bay. This position is ideal for a dependable, motivated technician who can work independently and handle a wide range of trailer repairs, including structural and collision-related work.
Essential Functions
- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on semi-trailers and related equipment
- Complete side wall repairs and replacements
- Perform roof repairs and leak repairs
- Conduct major frame and structural repairs
- Repair or replace trailer floors, doors, lighting, suspension, and brake components
- Weld and fabricate as needed
- Inspect trailers for safety and DOT compliance
- Maintain clean and organized work area
- Accurately document repairs and parts usage
Qualifications
- Previous trailer mechanic experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of trailer structure and repair procedures
- Experience with welding, fabrication, and frame repair required
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Basic diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver’s license required
- CDL preferred but not required
- Ability to lift heavy parts and work in a shop environment
- Monday–Friday, 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
