Landscape Project Manager Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in landscape or residential construction project management required
- Valid drivers license and clean MVR required
- Bilingual with english and spanish highly preferred
- Ability/willingness to travel to jobsites required (will either get a company vehicle or mileage reimbursement)

Landscape Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Will be responsible for coordinating with production teams and subcontractors, as well as communicating with clients
- Travel to job sites to ensure quality control
- looking for someone with effective organization skills that can take over what the current PM is leaving behind (this will not be a turn key position)
- Responsibilities include preparing material selections and cost estimates, presenting proposals, and conducting site visits to ensure projects are installed as designed
- Ensuring a "safety first" culture through awareness, training, and accountability
