We're looking for a motivated Front Room Manager to lead our front-of-house team and ensure every guest has an outstanding dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily front-of-house operations
- Lead, support, and coach hosts, servers, and bartenders
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally
- Coordinate seating
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and restaurant standards
- Work closely with the kitchen to ensure smooth service
- Help train new team members and promote a positive team environment
Qualifications:
- Previous restaurant management or leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude with a passion for hospitality
