What You'll Do
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll balance technology, compliance, staff support, and operational oversight.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day Electronic Monitoring operations
- Serve as the first point of escalation for alerts, violations, technical issues, and operational concerns
- Coach, mentor, and support Electronic Monitoring staff
- Assist with onboarding and training of team members
- Monitor daily workflows and ensure timely response to alerts and notifications
- Install, orient, troubleshoot, and remove electronic monitoring devices
- Review compliance alerts and monitoring data
- Ensure accurate documentation and reporting
- Maintain inventory control and accountability for monitoring equipment
- Coordinate with vendors, including Attenti, regarding equipment and technical concerns
- Identify operational improvements and process efficiencies
- Support emergency response and safety procedures
- Maintain compliance with court orders, contractual requirements, and agency policies

Core Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum two years of experience using computer-based systems
- Experience in electronic monitoring, community corrections, residential programs, or a related field
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn monitoring platforms and equipment
- Ability to work in a structured, safety-sensitive, and highly accountable environment
- Strong written communication and documentation skills
- Sound judgment and decision-making abilities
- Leadership, coaching, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and compliance
- Valid Florida Driver's License and ability to pass required background screenings
Preferred Qualifications
- Lead, supervisory, or team leadership experience
- Experience working with justice-involved or at-risk populations
- College coursework or degree in Criminal Justice, Social Services, or a related field
- Experience with electronic monitoring systems and GPS-based supervision technologies
Schedule
Full-Time
Choose from one of two schedules:
- 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Additional expectations may include:
- Evening, weekend, holiday, or on-call coverage as operational needs require
- Overtime opportunities may be available

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
