No restoration experience is required—we'll provide the training for the right person with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
What You'll Do
As part of our restoration team, you'll assist with a variety of emergency and restoration services, including:
- Demolition and tear-out of damaged building materials
- Water, fire, mold, and storm damage mitigation
- Packing, moving, and inventorying customer contents
- Setting up and monitoring drying equipment
- Daily moisture readings and documentation
- Job site cleanup and organization
- Loading and unloading equipment and materials
- Assisting Restoration Technicians on residential and commercial projects
- Responding to emergency calls as needed
- Other duties as assigned to support our team and customers

- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor
- Comfortable working in various indoor and outdoor conditions
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow procedures
- Team player with good communication skills
- Valid driver's license
