Compensation:
$85,000–$120,000 annually + performance bonus
Bonus opportunities are available based on achieving patient visit goals.
What You’ll Do:
Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans
Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions
Help patients improve mobility, strength, function, and overall wellness
Collaborate with PTs, pelvic floor specialists, chiropractors, and massage therapists to coordinate care when appropriate
Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans for optimal outcomes
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Support community outreach efforts, including occasional screenings and wellness events
Qualifications:
Licensed Physical Therapist ( DPT) in Illinois
Strong clinical skills and commitment to evidence-based care
Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
Team-oriented mindset and willingness to collaborate
Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred (but not required)

Full-Time
40 hours per week
