The Assistant Warehouse Manager supervises the day-to-day activities to allow proficient stocking of the stores with products from our warehouse.

Complete picks for all TLS stores.
-
Ship out all Out of Market store boxes through an approved shipping vender.

Ensure Vegas stores are delivered in a timely manner.

Oversee receiving of all Softline and Hardline goods.

Handle all communications with store managers about issues with picks. This includes resolving any mislabeled items and researching any overstock issues that arise from daily picks.

Ensure that all online orders are fulfilled by 10am and picked up by shipping vendor by 2pm.

Handle all damages and communicate with vendors for credit.

Backfill any overstock products available.

If daily pulls are completed in a timely manner, any additional resources available should be split between cleaning up the warehouse and helping the Receiving Lead receive warehouse specific orders.

Conduct walkthrough of any marked boxes for discontinuation.

Create report of all mislabeled and overstock issues for review by Warehouse Manager.
