Now Hiring: Direct Support Professionals
Las Valdez Home Care LLC is looking for compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team.
As a DSP, you will play an important role in supporting individuals with daily activities, promoting independence, and helping create a safe, respectful, and supportive environment.
What You'll Do
- Provide compassionate, person-centered support to individuals receiving care
- Assist with daily living activities and routines
- Promote independence, dignity, and community involvement
- Support individuals with appointments, activities, and other daily needs
- Maintain a safe and clean environment
- Follow individualized care and support plans
- Communicate effectively with individuals, families, and the care team
- Complete required documentation and training
- Follow all company policies and applicable care requirements
What We're Looking For
- Compassionate and caring attitude
- Reliable, responsible, and dependable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Respect for the dignity, privacy, and individuality of those receiving services
- Previous caregiving, DSP, home care, or healthcare experience is a plus
- Must be willing to complete required training and background requirements

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
