Job Summary
We are a window and door installation company looking for a reliable, motivated installer or installer assistant to join our team. Prior expernce installaing and window and doors are encouraged to apply and will get compensated for their experince. However, No prior experience is required — on-the-job training is provided. This is a great opportunity to learn a skilled trade with room to grow.
You will assist with installing residential and commercial windows and doors, working alongside experienced installers on active job sites.
Responsibilities
- Assist with installation of windows and doors
- Carry materials, tools, and equipment
- Prep job sites and help with measurements
- Remove old windows/doors when needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow instructions and safety guidelines
- Learn proper installation techniques and tools
Requirements
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to learn and work with your hands
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors
- Comfortable using basic hand and power tools (or willing to learn)
- Punctual, dependable, and hardworking
- Construction experience is a plus, but not required
- $18/hour starting pay
- On-the-job training in a skilled trade
