Duties
- Perform advanced laser hair removal treatments using state-of-the-art equipment, ensuring safety and optimal results for each client
- Provide a wide range of aesthetic services including body waxing, dermabrasion, and microneedling.
- Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care, addressing questions and concerns with professionalism and clarity
- Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization protocols to ensure a safe treatment environment in compliance with health regulations
- Utilize salon management software to schedule appointments, update client records, and process transactions efficiently
- Assist in retail sales of skincare products and treatment packages to enhance client results and satisfaction
- Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and certifications to continually improve skills and service offerings
Qualifications
- Valid state Advanced Aesthetician License with certification in laser hair removal treatment
- Proven experience performing laser hair removal procedures with a strong understanding of skin types and safety protocols
- Knowledge of additional aesthetic services such as body waxing, dermal fillers, dermabrasion, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, barbering, and botulinum toxin treatments is highly desirable
- Familiarity with salon software platforms for scheduling and client management
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships
- Strong attention to sanitation standards and safety procedures in all treatments
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality service standards
- Bilingual (Spanish/English Preferred)
