Available RN Supervisor Positions
Weekday RN Supervisor – First Shift
- Full-Time
- Monday through Friday
- 8-hour shifts
- Day shift schedule
Weekday RN Supervisor – Second Shift
- Full-Time
- Monday through Friday
- 8-hour shifts
- Evening shift schedule
Weekend RN Supervisor – Days
- Full-Time Baylor Schedule
- 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Choose one of the following schedules:
- Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
- Saturday, Sunday, and Monday
Weekend RN Supervisor – Nights
- Full-Time Baylor Schedule
- 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Choose one of the following schedules:
- Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
- Saturday, Sunday, and Monday
What You'll Do
As an RN Supervisor, you'll be the leader your team can count on—supporting staff, guiding resident care, and ensuring every shift runs smoothly.
You'll:
- Lead and support nursing staff during your assigned shift.
- Ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, high-quality care.
- Respond to clinical situations and provide guidance when needed.
- Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and the Director of Nursing.
- Oversee staffing, medication administration, and regulatory compliance.
- Promote a positive, team-focused environment where employees can succeed.
- Assist with coaching, mentoring, and developing nursing staff.
We're Looking For
- Current North Carolina RN license.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
- Previous long-term care or geriatric nursing experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently while fostering teamwork.
- A compassionate nurse who enjoys mentoring others and making a difference.
