We are seeking a hands-on and motivated 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to lead production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for overseeing daily production activities, supporting team members on the floor, and ensuring safety, quality, and productivity goals are met.
What You’ll Do as a Production Supervisor
- Supervise and support production employees on 2nd shift operations
- Ensure production schedules are met safely and efficiently
- Monitor quality standards and address issues in real time
- Train, coach, and develop team members
- Communicate with other departments to support workflow and production needs
