We take pride in providing fast, reliable, and professional service to homeowners and businesses when they need it most. We are currently looking for a dependable and experienced Restoration Technician to join our growing team.
Job Summary
Swift Restore Pro is hiring an experienced and dependable Restoration Technician to join our growing team. We provide professional water, mold, fire, and storm damage restoration services throughout our service area.
Pay: $18–$22 per hour, based on experience
Experience: Minimum 1 year of restoration/mitigation experience
Trial Period: 30 days
Responsibilities
- Perform water extraction, drying, cleanup, and mitigation services
- Set up and monitor air movers, dehumidifiers, and other restoration equipment
- Assist with mold, water, fire, and storm damage projects
- Remove damaged materials and clean affected areas
- Document job progress and communicate with supervisors and customers
- Maintain clean and safe job sites and equipment
- Provide professional and respectful customer service
- Assist with emergency restoration calls when needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of restoration or mitigation experience required
- Knowledge of water damage, drying, cleanup, and mitigation procedures
- Reliable, punctual, and able to perform physical work
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is a plus (Not needed)
- IICRC certifications such as WRT, AMRT, ASD, or related restoration certifications are a plus(Not needed)
- Additional safety, mold remediation, or restoration certifications are highly valued
30-Day Trial Period
All new technicians will complete a 30-day trial period. Performance will be evaluated based on attendance, work quality, restoration knowledge, safety, professionalism, communication, and dependability. Continued employment will be based on successful performance and business needs.
