Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
· Welcome customers and provide a warm, engaging dealership experience
· Understand customer preferences and present Mazda vehicles that match their lifestyle and needs
· Conduct product presentations and test drives, highlighting Mazda’s advanced features and performance
· Stay informed about all current Mazda models, trims, promotions, and competitive comparisons
· Assist customers with financing, leasing, and trade-in options
· Maintain follow-up communication with leads and recent customers to ensure satisfaction and future business
· Work collaboratively with the sales team to meet monthly goals
· Update CRM systems with all customer interactions and sales activity
· Represent the Mazda brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and deep product knowledge
Qualifications:
· Previous automotive or retail sales experience preferred (Mazda knowledge is a plus)
· Exceptional communication and presentation skills
· Goal-driven, with a strong work ethic and desire to succeed
· Comfortable using technology and CRM software
· Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
· Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
