Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to deliver goods along designated routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Manage delivery schedules effectively, ensuring timely drop-offs and pickups at multiple locations
- Assist with loading and unloading merchandise, including heavy lifting when necessary, maintaining proper handling procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients professionally, answering questions, and addressing concerns with a friendly demeanor
- Organize merchandise on delivery vehicles for optimal space utilization and efficient route driving
Skills
- A valid regular driver's license (Class C) with a clean driving record
- Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with customers and team members
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during deliveries
- Organizational skills for managing routes
