Construction Worker – Full-Time
Location: Findlay, OH
Pay: $17–$30 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, full time
Job Overview
We’re hiring an experienced construction worker to join our residential construction team. This is steady, year-round work with consistent hours and a strong benefits package. You’ll be hands-on in residential projects from start to finish, delivering quality craftsmanship our customers expect.
Responsibilities
- Frame walls, floors, and roofs
- Install siding with attention to detail and finish
- Hang drywall
- Read and follow basic plans and job instructions
- Maintain a clean, safe jobsite
- Work efficiently as part of a team
Requirements
- CLEAN driving record - we will run a DMV check on your record
- Proven experience in framing, siding, and drywall
- Ability to work independently and as part of a crew
- Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
- Ability to lift materials and work in typical construction conditions
- Dependable attendance, Monday–Friday
