Responsibilities:
- Update and maintain resident charts, physician orders etc.
- Ensure the medication room is completely stocked with all required continuous, PRN, over-the- Counter (OTC), and other medications as ordered by the physician.
- Coordinate medication orders and deliveries with pharmacies.
- Completes an accurate accounting of all medications, including controlled substances per policy.
- Pour, pass, and assist with the administration of medications in accordance with state regulations.
- Support residents with daily living, mobility, and behavioral needs.
- Follow safety guidelines in the community.
Requirements:
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
- Must pass the background check paid for by us.
- Must pass the physical screening/TB test paid for by us.
- A professional and friendly attitude
- A willingness to work flexible hours, which includes weekend shifts and holidays
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Flexible 4-8 hour shift hours
- Day/Night shift flexibility
- Flexible weekend shifts available
