What You'll Do
-
Diagnose issues and complete repairs on luxury travel trailers and touring coaches

Repair or replace failed components while collaborating with the service team

Perform pre-delivery inspections to ensure each RV is guest-ready
-
Participate in ongoing training, including vendor training and the 5-Rivet program, to continue building your skills and earning potential

Help guests create lasting memories by keeping their Airstream adventures safe, comfortable, and road-ready.
What You'll Bring
-
2+ years of experience in any related skilled-trade (auto mechanic, facilities maintenance technician, plane mechanic, boat mechanic, carpenter, welder, fabricator, electrician, plumber, HVAC technician, or similar)
-
RVIA/RVDA – Certified Technician, preferred
-
Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
