Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression
- Check guests in and out efficiently using hotel management software, ensuring accuracy and speed
- Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints with enthusiasm and proactive solutions
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls promptly and courteously
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details
- Assist with night audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions and ensure financial accuracy
- Support guest relations by offering local information, amenities overview, and personalized service
- Uphold phone etiquette standards and ensure all communication reflects the hotel’s welcoming spirit
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations preferred; hospitality management background highly valued
- Bilingual or multilingual skills to serve a diverse guest demographic are a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for guest satisfaction
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including proficiency with multi-line phone systems
- Ability to handle night audit procedures and perform basic hotel management tasks during overnight shifts
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards, including guest services and hotel operations
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining professionalism
