ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
24/25 Cleaners is hiring two experienced and dependable residential cleaners to service customers throughout Orange County, primarily in the Irvine area.
Compensation includes 40% of the customer’s service price for recurring cleanings and $22–$24 per hour for special cleaning projects, plus a $5 travel payment per location and 100% of customer tips.
We are looking for cleaners who take pride in their work, communicate reliably and can provide consistent weekday availability. Professional residential cleaning experience and reliable transportation are required. Cleaners available for both morning and afternoon jobs are strongly preferred.
COMPENSATION
Recurring Cleanings
Cleaners receive 40% of the customer’s cleaning service price.
When multiple cleaners are dispatched to the same residence, the 40% payment is divided equally among the cleaners assigned to the job.
Special Cleaning Projects
Deep cleanings, move-in/move-out cleanings, post-construction cleanings and other special projects are paid at:
- $22 per hour during the first three weeks
- $24 per hour after three weeks
Additional Compensation
- $5 travel payment per cleaner for every dispatched location
- 100% of customer tips paid directly to the cleaner
- Payment every two weeks by direct deposit
- Standard cleaning supplies and equipment provided by 24/25 Cleaners
Total earnings vary based on availability, customer demand, services performed, customer pricing and the number of cleaners assigned to each residence. A specific number of weekly jobs or amount of earnings is not guaranteed.
SCHEDULE AND AVAILABILITY
We are looking for cleaners who can provide availability at least five days per week, typically Monday through Friday.
- Morning jobs generally begin between 9:00 and 9:30 a.m.
- Afternoon jobs generally begin between 1:00 and 1:30 p.m.
- Most cleaning days finish by approximately 5:00 p.m. or earlier.
- Availability for at least one job per weekday is required.
- Availability for both morning and afternoon jobs is strongly preferred.
- Saturday availability is optional and based on customer demand.
- Sunday availability is not required.
Cleaners provide their availability in advance. Jobs are then dispatched based on customer scheduling, cleaner availability, experience, familiarity with the residence and compatibility with other cleaners assigned to the job.
Whenever possible, we dispatch the same cleaner to recurring customers. This helps cleaners become familiar with the home, work more efficiently and establish consistency with the customer.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Complete professional recurring residential cleanings.
- Perform deep, move-in/move-out, post-construction and other special cleanings when scheduled.
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and common living areas.
- Dust, vacuum, mop and sanitize assigned areas.
- Follow the cleaning scope and customer preferences provided for each residence.
- Work efficiently while maintaining high cleaning standards.
- Complete a final quality check before leaving the property.
- Communicate promptly regarding arrival, completion, delays or customer concerns.
- Report damage, supply issues or unusual conditions immediately.
- Treat customers, homes and belongings professionally and respectfully.
- Use and care for company-provided cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Work independently or alongside another cleaner when dispatched as a team.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Professional residential house-cleaning experience
- Reliable personal vehicle for traveling between customer homes
- Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance
- Ability to travel throughout Orange County
- Availability at least five days per week, typically Monday through Friday
- Ability to take at least one cleaning job per available weekday
- Reliable smartphone with calling, texting and translation capabilities
- Ability to understand job instructions and communicate with 24/25 Cleaners, either directly in English or through a translation application
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cleaning team
- Ability to perform physical cleaning duties and lift up to 30 pounds
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Willingness to complete the company’s screening, training and onboarding process
- Punctuality, dependability and strong attention to detail
English fluency is not required, but cleaners must be able to use a translation application to understand instructions and communicate with management.

The right candidate is experienced, efficient, dependable and responsive. They take pride in their work, respect customers’ homes, work well independently or with another cleaner and want to establish consistency with recurring customers.
TRAINING AND EVALUATION PROCESS
Qualified candidates will complete:
- A brief phone or video interview
- An approximately one-hour online cleaning course
- A two- to three-hour in-field skills evaluation alongside an experienced cleaner
- Independent-contractor onboarding and required documentation if selected
During the field evaluation, candidates complete assigned cleaning tasks so we can assess their technique, attention to detail, efficiency, communication, teamwork and readiness for customer assignments.
