Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused BMW Motorcycle Sales Associate to join our dealership team. This role involves engaging with prospective clients, showcasing high-end motorcycles, and providing exceptional service throughout the sales process. Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers through outbound calls, cold calling, and in-person interactions to generate new sales opportunities.
- Manage and develop a robust sales pipeline by identifying prospects, nurturing leads, and converting inquiries into sales.
- Conduct high-end motorcycle demonstrations and provide detailed product information to meet customer needs.
- Negotiate pricing, financing options, and deal terms effectively while maintaining dealership profitability.
- Ability to work well with other departments to upsell accessories, extended warranties, and additional services to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue.
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress efficiently.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of inventory levels, new models, and market trends to advise customers accurately.
- Support inventory management and control processes to ensure optimal stock levels of motorcycles and accessories.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly via phone, email or in person, demonstrating professionalism and product expertise.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote dealership events and special promotions aimed at increasing sales volume.
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or retail automotive sales with a focus on high-end or luxury products.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills, including public speaking and phone etiquette, to engage diverse clientele confidently.
- Proficiency with CRM software for managing sales pipelines and customer relationships.
- Demonstrated organizational skills for managing multiple leads, appointments, and inventory control efficiently.
- Experience with dealership operations such as inventory management, retail math, and motorcycling marketing strategies is advantageous.
- Ability to perform retail math calculations accurately for pricing and financing scenarios.
- Strong organizational skills coupled with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
