Falls City Beer is looking for energetic individuals that have a passion for craft beer. Our taprooms are at the heart of what we do. Pay & Schedule
- Pay: $12-15 per hour + tips
- Schedule: Part-time | Availability Wednesday - Sunday
Essential Responsibilities:
- Responsible for preparing alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for customers
- Offer suggestions based on customer preferences
- Prep and restock bar prior to opening and during shift
- Open and maintain bar tabs throughout shift
- Perform closing/bar breakdown duties at closing
- Compile with food and beverage regulations
- General troubleshooting
- All other duties as assigned
Customer service:
- Natural hosts - people who genuinely enjoy taking care of others and making guests feel at home.
- Ensure customer satisfaction with all aspects of the restaurant and dining experience
- Build relations with regular customers to create a positive atmosphere
- Respond efficiently and effectively to customer needs, comments, or complaints
Required Education & Experience:
- Bartending experience preferred, love of craft beer required
- Must be 21 years of age
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule such as evenings and weekends, especially Fridays and Saturdays.
