The ideal candidate will excel at building relationships, have a positive attitude, and deliver high-quality training sessions. Daily responsibilities are focused around supporting club sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Member Engagement: Regularly communicate with members to keep them informed and engaged.
- Club Performance: Oversee overall financial performance and creatively drive growth within the fitness franchise.
- Sales Leadership: Achieve sales goals for memberships and personal training.
- Team Leadership: Inspire and motivate team members to perform at their best every day.
- Community Outreach: Organize events to build community awareness and attract new memberships.
- Facility Standards: Ensure that equipment and cleanliness consistently meet company standards.
What You’ll Need:
- Ability to coach one-on-one and small group sessions (previous personal training experience preferred but not required)
- Passion for customer-focused sales
- Commitment to a healthy lifestyle
- High levels of ambition, competitiveness, and compassion
- Strong work ethic, honesty, discipline, and integrity
- Strong communication skills
- A fun, personable attitude and a team player mindset
- Coachable and eager to learn
- Career-minded with a focus on professional growth
- Previous sales experience preferred but not required

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000 base plus commission
Work Schedule:
- Monday - Thursday: 11 AM - 7 PM
- Friday: 9 AM - 5 PM ( When working Saturdays (9 AM- 2 PM)
- Saturday: 9 AM- 12pm ( Two Saturdays per month)
