Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and motivate the Sales Team to meet sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Oversee the full sales process to ensure an outstanding customer experience
- Desk and structure deals to maximize profitability and transparency
- Manage vehicle inventory pricing, merchandising, and online presence
- Ensure effective follow-up and CRM usage for lead and customer management
- Set performance expectations and provide coaching, accountability, and feedback
- Collaborate with Finance, Service, and other departments to support store operations
- Track and report sales performance metrics
Qualifications:
- Automotive dealership sales experience required
- Leadership or management experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Comfortable working with CRM and digital retail tools
- Highly organized, goal-driven, and customer-focused
