This position, under the guidance of the Program Coordinator and Lead Staff, supports academic and enrichment after-school and summer programs under the 21st Century Community Learning Center grant.
CCLC After School Program Staff at Farmin-Stidwell Elementary (3.2 hours/day - after school)
The position provides assistance in organizing and supervising after-school activities that are designed to enhance the healthy emotional, social, intellectual and physical development of participating students.
Ability to relate with program participants and their parents/guardians
Ability to work independently without constant supervision / self-motivated
Ability to serve as a positive role model for children and youth
First Aid & CPR Certification within 90 days of hire (LPOSD provides this training)
Flexibility: Adapt to varying situations and respond effectively to issues serving as a positive role model.
Relationship Building: Foster positive connections with students and their parents/guardians.
