I'm only looking for top dogs here. Ones that know lawn health, know general garden care and health, light irrigation, clean driver's license, and wants to break records.
This position is unlike what your use to.
To qualify:
Clean driving record (will be checked)
Valid Drivers License
Experience with landscape maintenance
Very good customer service
Job is year round. Career possibilities for the right people. No smoking, face tats, vaping, or people without a vehicle. This role is for "the most" reliable person with the highest standards.

Position details:
Your job is to complete your routes and make sure the other routes are being are being completed.
You will start with a few techs under your watch after a few days of training and try to get to 8 techs under your watch eventually.
Settle complaints (easy if your customer service skills are high), initiate manager commands (management orders), and actively try to out do yourself to be the best.
Equipment maintenance
Basically your the protector of profit at a specified location. Its your job to make sure everything is going well. If a tech is getting bad marks after corrections, give the order, management will fire and hire another. Were only looking for the best which constantly look to get better.
If this sounds like you let us know. After training pay is 1150 salary and 8% profit share for the location. Should be around 65k-67k your first year.
Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
