Experienced Framers – Conner Construction LLC
Conner Construction LLC builds high-end custom residential homes in the Boise foothills. Our clients dream it—we build it. We are immediately hiring Framers to join our team.
Position: Framer
We are looking for framing professionals with at least 5 years of experience in residential construction who can contribute immediately to our custom home projects.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years framing experience in residential construction
- Strong knowledge of modern building methods and best practices
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans
- Skilled in operating power tools and construction equipment
- Experience with siding, soffit, and fascia is preferred
- Dependable, punctual, and capable of working independently and with a crew
Details:
- $18 – $35 per hour, DOE and performance
- Extended hours, weekends, and overtime opportunities available
- All major power tools provided (including two SkyTraks and a lift)
- Work is centralized in one location — no traveling between jobsites
