We seek an enthusiastic individual for an On-Site Manager position at a facility in Jeffersonville, IN. This is great opportunity for anyone seeking an entry level position to start a human resource career.

Shift:
5:30am-2:30pm
Pay: $20-$23/hr
Responsibilities and Duties
- Check-in associates
- Coordinate new starts and current associates
- Update Internal Tracking System daily
- Providing excellent customer service
- Client Communication
- Coaching Associates/Problem Solving Issues
- Employee orientation
- Safety training
- Attendance tracking
- Employee coaching
- Communications with supervisors
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Enthusiastic personality
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
- Must be able to organize, prioritize and meet deadlines
- Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to multi-task
- Undergraduate degree preferred
