Truss Builder - Day Shift
Job Summary
Join our Lindon, UT truss building team at $18/hour with Monday-Friday day shifts and weekly pay. We're seeking experienced builders to construct quality trusses for residential construction projects in a fast-growing market.
What You'll Do
- Build residential trusses using hand tools and power equipment
- Stack and band finished trusses for shipment in outdoor yard area
- Pull and move building materials throughout the facility
- Lift and position lumber pieces weighing 100+ pounds regularly
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals
- Maintain quality standards and safety protocols throughout all tasks
- Assist with loading and organizing materials as needed
What You Bring
Required:
- Previous truss building or framing experience
- Own steel-toe work boots (required daily)
- Own 28-32 oz framing hammer
- Ability to lift 100+ pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- Ability to stand and move continuously for full 10-hour shift
Preferred:
- Residential construction background
- Experience with lumber handling and stacking
- Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills

Monday - Friday, 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Pay & Compensation
$18.00 per hour, paid weekly on Fridays
