Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Dance Instructor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dance and education, with the ability to engage and inspire students of all ages. This role involves developing and implementing dance curricula, fostering a positive learning environment, and promoting a love for dance among students. The Dance Instructor will work 18 months - 8 years for summer classes and possible camps.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging dance curricula that cater to various age groups and skill levels.
- Manage classroom dynamics effectively to maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
- Educate students on dance techniques, choreography, and performance skills.
- Be able to teach various beginner level courses in ballet, hip hop, tap, aero and jazz.
- Maintain an organized classroom environment, including managing dance supplies and equipment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in dance instruction across different age groups, including preschoolers and
- CPR certified or willing to obtain.
- Excellent classroom management skills to foster an inclusive learning atmosphere.
- A passion for educating others about the art of dance and its benefits.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey concepts and engage students.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
